Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Three part workout to kick off the week with good balance between lifting and cardio, and pushing and pulling. Happy Monday!

Warm-up

Group 400m run

Then grab a light plate..

AMRAP 3 min

6 alt lunges on plate (stretch each lunge)

4 push-ups

AMRAP 5 min

10 jump squats

7 ground to overhead

5 burpees on to the plate

3 good mornings holding the plate
