WOD- short to moderate duration, heavy loading on the snatch that comes down to light-moderate, moderate volume across.

10 overhead squats –snatch balances

5 snatch grip sots press –jumping good morning

Grab a barbell and perform 1 set:

8 back rack snatch grip pushes

8 hang snatch high pulls

8 hang muscle snatches

8 hang power snatches
