Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

Grab a partner and perform just like the workout is going to be: synchronized!

200m run w/ med ball (switch half way)

30 mountain climbers

30 air squats

30 hollow rocks

30 up downs

30 med ball thrusters

200m run w/med ball (switch half way)

set up stations, then perform 1 round of:

20 cal bike

10 synchro wall ball

10 synchro sit ups

10 synchro burpees

20 cal row
