Today’s workout is a “sprint” which should be completed under 12 minutes.

THE benchmark workout, short and effective, designed with a push/pull and a descending rep scheme.

In pairs, smooth pace throughout…

200m run w/ med ball

20 wall ball shots (back and forth)

200m run w/ med ball

20 sit ups (back and forth)

200m run w/ med ball

40 single arm OH lunge (20 each partner) (other partner holding a squat)

3 minute AMRAP to prep lungs..

10 PVC thrusters

7 EASY jumping pull-ups
