This warm up should take 10-15 minutes total time

Snatch Grip Deadlift (5×2)

Clean Combo V (5 sets)

1 Clean DL + 1 Hang Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat
10 minutes on the clock every 2 minutes 1 combo

Overhead Squat (5×3)

Light weight (Tempo)

8 minute abs
