Station 1- 3 box step ups/ 3 up-downs
Station 2- 3 kip swings or :10 active hang/ 3 push-up to pike-up
Station 3- cals on bike or rower
:30 rest after final station, repeat once more..
mover into muscle up practice..
*Take time to break down the MU in depth today and practice pre-workout
