Moderate volume for all movements. Intervals should be done at manageable pace, not redlining. This is meant to be an active recovery day as tomorrow will be a big test day! Work smart, people!

Alternating Tabata for 8 mins (:20 on/:10 off)

-Box step-ups (increase height each interval)

12 Tall Step-Up (30″/24″)

50 Double Unders
