Today’s Goals & Stimulus
Today we have some Muscle-Up skill development before a longer AMRAP.
Pretty high volume for everything today, and as athletes get deeper into the AMRAP, shoulders will start to tire, so be sure to keep focused on your movements!
Burpees should be done at 75-80% effort, tough but not sprint pace.
Overhead squats should be done unbroken, so scale weight accordingly!
Warm-up (No Measure)

50ft bear crawl
10 kb upright rows
50ft crab walk
