Today is going to be a re-test of the bodyweight bonanza, Barbara.
High volume, bodyweight gymnastics movements (squat + pull + push) 3-5 mins per round.
Warm-up (No Measure)
As a group, 2 rounds for quality
:30s bar hang
:30 push-up plank hold
20 reverse lunges
2 rounds for quality
10 reps of:
jumping/strict pullup (kipping in round 2)
push up or knee push up
sit up or knee tuck
Five Rounds for time:
*3-minute rest after each round*
