Today’s Goals & Stimulus

DT- the epitome of barbell cycling benchmark workouts. The barbell cycling we have been working on for the last few months have all led to this high intensity re-test WOD! Moderate volume, moderate loading weightlifting. Barbell should be able to be moved close to unbroken for all of the movements. Scale to finish in the 12-15 minute range.


Warm-up (No Measure)

General warm-up w/kb- constant movement

:30s air squats -> Goblet squats

:30s air squats -> deadlifts

:30s inch worms -> Amer KB swings

:30s Mtn. climbers -> weighted glute bridge

:30s hollow rocks -> push presses

Specific warm-up w/bb

8 reps


Hang muscle clean

Front squat

Push press


DT (Time)

5 Rounds for time:

12 Deadlifts, 155# / 105#

9 Hang Power Cleans, 155# / 105#

6 Push Jerks, 155# / 105#
