CrossFit Fixx – Kids Speed & Strength

Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Long recovery WOD with moderate volume and light weights. 3-4 rounds is the goal, with each round individually taking approx. 8 mins.

WOD has cardio, light weight & moderate volume weightlifting, mixed with some solid core work to cap each round. Goal is constant movement.
