CrossFit Fixx – Partner WOD

Today’s Goals & Stimulus

WOD takes a Fight Gone Bad format w/a few different movements. Goal is max reps in each 1:00 period. You want to play to your strengths and “move consistently” through movements you may not be as proficient with.

Warm-up

Chipper style warm up!

2 mins on bike, row, ski, or jog

20 wall ball (2 sets of 10)

20 sit ups

10 pike to pushup

10 bb hang power clean

5 deadlifts (:03 up/:03 down)

5 deadlifts (no tempo/for quality)

1:00 Burpees

1:00 Wall Ball (20/14)

1:00 Deadlift (115/75)
