Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Strength -Low volume strength, with high intensity with the unilateral loading. Should be challenging, but not to the point of failure (75-80% difficulty)

Overall low volume for 3 movements, but grip factor will bring high level of intensity. Power cleans should be completed in 2 sets, with attempted quickly and unbroken. Pull-ups should be done in 3 sets.
