Break out Barbells and take the class through:

8 Snatch Grip Deadlifts

8 High Pulls

8 Hang Power Snatch

8 Power Snatch

Then-

Barbell Cycling Drill

Metcon (Time)

Partner Workout

**Partner 1 works while Partner 2 rests. Alternate each round. Each athlete completes 7 full rounds
