seal swings

over & back

free style bounce

arm rotations

torso rotations

bow & bend

hip circles

knee circles

ankle circles

leg swings

equating ankle stretch

Russian baby makers

iron cross

scorpion

walking lunge w/twist

samson stretch

spiderman walk

This warm up should take 10-15 minutes total time

Drop Snatch (3×2)

Warm up the shoulders. Last week we worked on technique this week we will add a little weight

Off the block Power Clean (6×2)

Starts with the bar on the blocks at mid thigh

Push Press (7×1)

IWES

Overhead Squat (5-5-3-3-1-1-1)

8 minute abs
