Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Skill — Practice, practice, practice! No stress during this period at all. Just relax and work on the skills.

Workout — EMOM that will get a little grippy between LLRC and TTB. The work in each minute should take about :40 to accomplish.

Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

2 mins run, row, bike, ski

6 Rounds on Bike or Rower…:40 moderate / :20 recover

10 Reps Narrow Stance Squat

5/5 Reps Alt. Wide Lunge (back leg should be dropped so thigh is near ground)

10 Hollow to Tuck (quick pause in both positions)

Minute 3 – 30 Air Squats or 8/8 Pistols
