Strength — heavy power OLY. Looking for athletes to get at least 4-5 heavy lifts in (more is possible if you pre build before 12:00). Approaching this as an EMOM could be an option!
Workout — Sub 12:00! Let’s goooooo. This one is going to burn. Looking for athletes to be automatic on the barbell, likely in bigger sets. Second round should be faster than first…yikes! Pain cave.
