Today’s Goals & Stimulus

It’s barbell Monday! 3 short couplets that should be completed in 6:00 or less. Finish your deadlifts either unbroken or in 2 sets. Deadlifts should not be the limiting factor today, as shoulder to OH will be the great equalizer. Scale to get that done in 2-3 sets! WOD is to be done at blistering pace, so cap for each workout is 6:00! Hit it!
