Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Moderate volume on our Back Squats today, with 18:00 there is a lot of time to Squat, so use every minute of it.

The AMRAP for today presents everyone with decent volume to tackle. While the numbers might look big, we very frequently do more total reps of these movements in workouts they are just more broken up. Goal is for everyone to get at least one full round in!
