Today’s Goals & Stimulus

HERE. WE. GO! It has been a LONG time since we’ve done the Crossfit Total.

Today is going to be a little bit different then most people are used to…no conditioning just strength! Quick Warm-up today to ensure everyone has the time they need to Squat, Press, and Deadlift. The first 10:00ish of the Back Squat session should be a continued Warm-up with more time dedicated to lower weight, higher rep sets…as the weight increases the reps should decrease.

Make AT LEAST 3 attempts for each lift. Use the entire time to lift.


Warm-up (No Measure)

2:00 Any Machine

25’ Low Lateral Side Lunge

15 Air Squats

10/10 Single Leg DL w/KB

8/8 SA DB Press


The CrossFit Total (Total Weight)

Back Squat (1 Rep Max)
Shoulder Press (1 Rep Max)
Deadlift (1 Rep Max)
17:00 For Back Squat

10:00 For Strict Press

17:00 For Deadlift

Back Squat (1 x 1)

Shoulder Press (1 x 1)

Deadlift (1 x 1)


10 Rounds (with a partner)


Any Machine for Max Cals

While 1 partner works, the other rests.
