Today’s Goals & Stimulus

For the OG’s out there –this is a throwback to the very first Open!

Strength-Heavy pulling via hinge lift for the 3RM deadlift.

In the workout we find a classic, well-balanced triplet. This one is non-stop and cyclical for 15 mins…it should be one station to the next nearly at the same pace for the full 15 min.


Warm-up (No Measure)

AMRAP x 9 Minutes

10 Single Leg RDL’s w/ light DB each leg

10 Alt. Step-ups

:15 High Knees

:15 Butt Kickers

:30 Hard Pedal on Bike


Deadlift (1 x 3)

Build to a 3RM Deadlift


CrossFit Games Open 11.2 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15-Minute AMRAP of:
9 Deadlifts, 155# / 100#
12 Push-ups
15 Box Jumps, 24″ / 20″
