Today we’ve got a combination of a leg burning bike and a 3 round shoulder pump. We will give our athletes a HARD cap of 30:00 to get this work done.
Keep around (65/60) RPM on the bike to complete the 50/35 in ~3:00.
The loading on the strict press is light, while the overall volume is moderate. The difference maker here is that the press is strict, coupled with overall moderate TTB. Try to complete the couplet under 6:00.
