Today’s Goals & Stimulus

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! This workout is definitely a fun one but if not executed correctly, it can go wrong in so many ways.

Today’s workout will be moderate duration and high in volume. Overall, the goal is for athletes to move through stations smoothly without slowing down much. Ho! Ho! Ho!

Warm-up

200m Run

1 Round:

7 Push-ups

7 Jumping Squats

7 Lunges with a Twist (each leg)

7 Toy Soldiers (each leg)

then with barbell or db’s..

7 Deadlifts

5 High Hang Power Cleans

5 Above the knee Power Cleans (Focus on the barbell creating contact with the hips)

5 Power Cleans
