10 Hang Power Cleans

10 Front Squats

10 Jerks

10 Thrusters

athletes will have 6 minutes to find WOD weight

Metcon (Time)

Teams of 3

100 Deadlifts 135/95

80 Hang Power Cleans 95/65

60 Front Squats 95/65

40 Jerks 95/65

20 Thrusters

One athlete works at a time chipper style.

At the top of every minute ALL three athletes must complete 5 Burpees
