Today’s Goals & Stimulus
It’s Friday and we are going to be heading into the weekend strong with 2 classic benchmarks today.
Strength – Heavy Pull! We should be seeing anywhere from 6-8 increases after the initial loading.
Workout – This is a spicy workout that leaves you with no reason to stop or slow down. The weight is considered moderate, as it is based off of the athlete’s body weight. We are going to hard cap this workout at 15:00.
