Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Strength session should be focused on building in load while maintaining solid mechanics for all movements. You should build to a load that challenges the mechanics, but doesn’t compromise them. Limiter in the complex will be the S2OH. Moderate time constraint to lift moderately heavy loads in a low volume environment.

Finisher is a sprint to finish partner workout. Athlete working is HUSTLING. Time per individual round should be sub 1:30.

8 Strict Presses

Partner Finisher

4 SETS EACH

24 Air Squats

12 Burpees

*Partner 1 completes a full round while Partner 2 rests.
