Today’s Goals & Stimulus

The quality of the movements is the main focus for today’s workout.

During the EMOM, the intensity and volume should stay under control that will allow athletes to move well and with full control. The workout today is intended to get athletes sweaty and have them feeling great when they walk out the door.
