CrossFit Fixx – Kids Speed & Strength

Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Building session should iron in technique at moderate heavy weights.

The legs are going to feel the fatigue in this explosive couplet. Weight builds as reps decrease from workout to workout from mod-light to mod-heavy. Duration of time today can be anywhere from sub 15 to 18, but we are allotting 20 min total today.
