Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Skill session will build in complexity in regards for our muscle ups. Volume is low, with intent to improve upon technique for everyone. Should be ending this session by having those muscle ups primed and hit a practice set of 2-3.

Long duration workout quartet of monostructural, weightlifting, and complex gymnastics. Moderate to high volume in the gymnastics. With programmed rest intervals in between sets, we are looking for a quick little reset then right back to work on the next set. Times per set should be 6:30-7:00 max. Workout will vary based on capacity level and appropriate scaling.
