Today’s Goals & Stimulus
Our strength today is going to involve weightlifting cycling. The loading will be moderate to heavy for a moderate to longer duration. Athletes will be building to a weight heavier than what they will be using in the workout. Beginner athletes can use this time to practice barbell cycling and build up to the workout weight.
The workout today is going to be shorter duration couplet with monostructural and weightlifting movements. The loading is going to be light but the volume is going to be high that’s going to really have athletes feeling it in the shoulders. Athletes should be shooting for 6 rounds..
