Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Strength – It’s heavy back squat day!

20:00 is more than enough time to build to a heavy for the day (or even a max) double. Today’s the day to test strength and see how far we’ve come. Most athletes will be taking around 7 sets of Back Squats as they build to a heavy double.

Workout – We’ve got a high intensity short AMRAP on deck after our heavy 2-Rep. This workout is going to feel like you can never catch your breath, so setting an early pace will make dividends in the long run. Most will be close to finishing 15.
