Today’s Goals & Stimulus
Today is going to be about ensuring loads are modified enough to allow a lot
of work to get done in the 2:00 window. Erring on the lighter side of things is
going to be a good way to go today…:30 between intervals will not be enough
time to fully recover and will cause the volume to add up fast.
Today is also going to be a great practice opportunity for athletes close to stringing Double Unders! Push to keep moving through the 2:00 rounds with as little rest as possible and reap the benefits of some well deserved boulder shoulders!
Warm-up (No Measure)
Movement 1: Single Unders
Movement 2: Mountain Climbers
Movement 3: Plate G2OH
Movement 4: Push-ups or Knee Push-ups
Then w/jump rope, same format..
R1: High Jumps Single Unders
R2: Fast Spin Single Unders
R3: Penguin Taps
R4/R5: Single-Single-Double* or Double Unders
