CrossFit Fixx – Partner WOD

Warm-up

Pick a partner (This can be someone different then you will do the workout with.

AMRAP x 10min

Partner 1 100m Run or :45 seconds bike/row

Partner 2 10 Air Squats Then Max Plate Ground to Overhead

When Partner 1 returns or completes :45 second row/bike athletes will switch.

HSPU/ HS Hold review and Scales

P1…COMPLETE 1 ROUND

10 Slam Balls (20/15)

15 Sit-ups

P2…PERFORM

Max Back Squats 135/95

Rx+ 155/105
*Notes:

P1 Completes a full round while P2 performs max reps of Back Squat. Once P1 finishes the round, switch. Score is total number of Back Squats.

Cool Down

200m walk
