Today’s Goals & Stimulus

These movements should be able to be completed unbroken throughout the

entire workout. The dumbbell curl to press will be the most challenging so

choose an appropriate weight that when fresh, all ten repetitions can be done

unbroken. Athletes can go heavier for the overhead carry if they wish.
