Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Grip blaster grinder of a workout. Moderate in duration, moderate to high volume, moderate loading.

Toes to bars may slow a lot of our athletes down, but reps should be broken

into small manageable sets early on to prevent blowing out. Same strategy on the DB step overs – pick them up and move them after quick breaks to shake out the forearms!

Warm-up

B: 10 Goblet Squats + 8 Bodyweight Lunges + 8 Up Downs

B: 10 Kip Swings + 8 Goblet Step Overs + 6 Jumping Jacks
