Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Today’s focus is on moving at a steady rate, recovering, then repeating. How

well will individuals work/recover at the same pace in the later rounds? It’s

always better to start off slightly conservative if athletes are unsure, and

increase the pace as they go. The last thing they want to do is start hot out of

the gate, just to crash and burn later.
