Today’s Goals & Stimulus

We have a fight gone bad style workout today, with built in rest! After each

movement, you will have a :30 rest, primarily to transition to the next

movement. We want everyone moving and maintaining sustainable efforts for

all three rounds. Choose wisely on the dumbbell weight; 1:00 can be a long

time!
