Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Workout today will be intended to be high intensity and max efforts in each

movement you’re on in each respective tabata.

Moderate to high volume, loading is bodyweight, and duration is short per exercise. Special consideration should be considered to avoid blowing out on the toes to bars, push ups, and pull ups.
