CrossFit Fixx – RowFit

Today’s Goals & Stimulus

This is going to be a big leg and grip burner! We have monostructural,

gymnastics, and weightlifting combined with moderate to moderate-high

volume. The row should be pushed at a fast pace. We want to keep athletes to

around 4:30 per round and going unbroken on sit-ups. The DB hang squat

cleans should be unbroken as well, and athletes will be fighting to keep a hold of those DBs for the whole set each round.
