Today’s Goals & Stimulus

Sprint style workout today, testing the grip, shoulders and midline. The

kettlebell swings should be american style, unless a member cannot go

overhead. Try to have every round be unbroken. Members may need to begin

breaking up their push-ups around the round of 9 or 12, depending on the

athlete. Have fun!
