Today’s Goals & Stimulus

ATHLETE GOAL – Gain proficiency in movements that traditionally give us trouble.

If unable to to any of the movements listed, plan to practice a modified version

or portion of the movement to get you closer to completing your first rep.

For the EMOM, the Slam Ball should be held in the Front Rack Position for the Lunges, this will continue frying the forearms and biceps while Lunging. Pay special attention

to the Wall Walks today, it is very easy for athletes to get lazy on these…this should honestly be the hardest minute of the EMOM. You are going to be gassed by the end of this, but push it to get all the reps!
