Play a Game!
Rowling! Each member will be on a rower, trying to row EXACTLY 100m. For every meter they go over or under, they will do that many up-downs. Example: 103m on the monitor, that member will get off and do 3 up-downs. Class will do 4 rounds each. We want to see full, beautiful strokes, no half pulls.
