Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, Kids Speed & Strength provides a fitness program that is safe, fun and energetic. At CrossFit FIXX, our Kids Speed & Strength program uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children.
Fixx Boot Camps offer you an opportunity to experience fitness in a motivational, small group setting without the intimidation that some CrossFit classes may have. You will receive a combination of cardio and strength training, utilizing body weight, free weights and other fitness equipment. Participants get specific, individualized coaching tips with the extra benefit of having peer support, motivation and camaraderie. Participants may also request workouts for specific target areas!
Mobility class is based on deep stretching focusing on your heavily used joints. We are focused on improving range of motion in these joints and tight surrounding structures to improve form, technique, decrease compensation on other muscles and help to decrease joint and muscle pain. Mobility classes are included with Unlimited memberships or for $38 a month.
