Favorite WOD… Helen. I tend to like WODs that involve running and the kettlebells and pull-up are just the the right combo to make it a “fun” WOD
Training Philosophy.. Start slow, leave your ego at the door, and know your limitations. Most of all be consistent! I try to instill the fact that fitness should become a part of your lifestyle for the long term, not a roller coaster of random exercising, fad diets and injuries. Have FUN!
